Villa Gumus in Kalkan Saribelen combines a calm indoor atmosphere with nature, a private pool and comfortable layout — ideal for a peaceful holiday. With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 guests, it suits private/conservative families, honeymoon couples and nuclear families. The practical layout includes a modern American kitchen, pool-view living room and well-equipped living spaces. Jacuzzi bedrooms, a private garden, seating areas and a swing create a relaxing outdoor setting. The private pool (about 8.5 m) and children’s pool offer a more private stay. Villa Gumus is a strong option if you want a quiet nature-facing villa away from the city.

For fully private villas we aim for about 95% privacy; the remaining share is a caution for edge angles.

Note: The villa is set in nature, so insects may be present. Kalkan villas are built on hillsides, so access is uphill. Hot water is solar-heated; after heavy use the tank may need time to reheat. These notes apply to all our villas.
