Check-in is at 16:00 in the afternoon; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. The time between check-out and check-in is used for cleaning.
No more than the maximum number of guests stated for the villa is accepted. Children are included in this number.
Pets are not accepted at our villas.
Arrival cleaning is included in the price. Before check-in a detailed clean is done and clean bed linen, pillowcases, and towels are provided. Extra cleaning is chargeable. For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning is free and continues on a weekly basis.
Pool and garden maintenance is done daily in the early morning, including required treatments, circulation, and garden care. Due to cleaning chemicals, the pool should not be used for a period afterward.
Included: water, electricity, bottled gas, arrival cleaning, garden and pool maintenance.
Not included: food and drinks, soap and shampoo, laundry and dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and paper towels.
Insurance is the owner’s responsibility and does not cover temporary guests’ losses. We recommend travel insurance for force majeure events (flood, fire, theft, earthquake, etc.).
You can use paid transport. Villacentam staff are not permitted to drive guests to the property.
Villacentam does not provide transfer or car rental services. We can refer you to local car rental companies in the area.
Typically TRY 500–1,000 depending on the villa. Collected at check-in and refunded on departure if there is no damage, loss, or missing items.
Villacentam’s cancellation policy applies. Please follow the cancellation terms under Help / Support.
Contact us without intervening yourself. Owners are expected to address the issue within 24 hours.
Villacentam has no legal liability for power or water cuts. Please inform the owner or our staff, or contact the relevant utilities. Issues are usually resolved as soon as possible.
These are villas whose pool and garden are enclosed and not visible from outside. We generally provide about 95% privacy; the remaining ~5% may involve limited visibility at far corners, which guests should account for.
Daily pool cleaning is required for your health and that of later guests. This is a firm rule; such requests are declined.
Lowering pool water can harm the pump and technical systems. Water depth is stated in the villa details and cannot be changed outside standards.
Villacentam is intended to mean Villa Rental Agency. The shared letter (A) joins the words into Villacentam.
