The villa’s private outdoor swimming pool also features an integrated shallow pool area.

Heated Indoor Pool Information

NOTE: The indoor pool heating system and underfloor heating are active and provided free of charge between 1 October and 30 April. The indoor pool water temperature can reach approximately 27–30°C.

Guests wishing to use these heating systems outside this period may request activation for an additional charge of 2,500 TL per day.

Geographical Location and Access

Kalkan and its surrounding areas are characterised by mountainous and sloping terrain, which contributes to the region’s spectacular sea and nature views. Due to these geographical features, many villas are located on hillsides.

Access roads to some villas may therefore include steep or uphill sections. This is a common characteristic of the Kalkan region and its surrounding villages.

For our “Fully Private” villas, designed particularly for guests seeking a more secluded and conservative holiday experience, we provide approximately a 95% privacy guarantee against external visibility.

The remaining 5% should be considered a reasonable margin for certain architectural angles, corners or technical structural details where complete visual isolation may not always be possible.
