Clear turquoise water makes Kas a pleasure. Beaches belong on any places to visit in Kas list. Some sit in coves, some between cliffs; sand or pebble — each one is different.

Near the top of any Kas beach list. Named after Patara Ancient City between Kas and Fethiye, it is about 18 km long. Loggerhead turtles nest here, so it is protected. You can use it from 08:00 to 20:00. Entry and sunbeds are charged.

One of the country’s most valuable beaches, about 7 km from Kas centre, reached down many steps between rocks. Perhaps Turkey’s most famous beach: untouched, a canyon-mouth shore, a first-degree protected site. Entry is free; umbrellas and sunbeds cost extra.

Popular with families; there is an aqua park for children. Small pebbles, always clear water, Blue Flag, and shallow sea. Entry is free.

The closest beach to Kas centre, about 1.5 km away. A cold freshwater spring in the sea is its quirk. Clean and transparent. No entry fee.

Next to Kaputas. Very natural: no facilities, so entry is free.

Pebble shore, sometimes windy and wavy, but shallow — popular with families. Entry is free.
Antalya regions for a honeymoon
Antalya is large, with many resorts: Kalkan, Kas, Alanya, Cirali, Kemer and Belek among them. If the trip is short, pick one and live it properly. If you have time, plan more than one. Spring is an easy season for the climate; if your honeymoon falls then, see the cove beaches.
Where to stay in Antalya
Where you stay shapes which beaches you use. Visitors choose rental villas, hotels or guesthouses. Villas may share a site pool or have a private one.
